Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Field Deployment Specialist to lead deployments at remote customer solar installation sites and contribute to cutting-edge autonomy hardware.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with field deployments in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic systems. Initiative to tackle problems in the field is also essential.
The role involves operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery on the field, ensuring all service actions are captured, defined, and documented, and interfacing with customers and providing field support to machinery operators.
The successful candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of tasks with light supervision and possess excellent problem-solving skills, general computer operation skills, and a passion for high-level customer service and follow-through.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery on the field.
- Ensure all service actions are captured, defined, and documented.
- Interface with customers and provide field support to machinery operators.
- Travel to US-based customer sites and provide field support as needed.
- Maintain a strong line of communication with office-based team members.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company in a fast-paced environment.
