We are looking for a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Barudan single-head and multi-head embroidery machines to produce high-quality designs on hats, apparel, and other materials.
- Set up machines for each job, including threading, hooping, and inputting digitized designs.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain production quality.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to review and execute design proofs accurately.
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure efficient operation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating embroidery machines (Barudan experience is a plus).
- Knowledge in using embroidery software such as Wilcom and understanding of file formats like DST and EMB. (Experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of various embroidery techniques, including 3D puff embroidery and stitching on different fabric types.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret design proofs and work orders accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine and design issues independently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
