We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated Embroidery Machine Operator to join our growing team in Greensboro, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Barudan single-head and multi-head embroidery machines for hats, apparel, and various materials.
• Set up machines for jobs, including threading, hooping, and inputting digitized designs.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure top-quality production.
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to review and accurately execute design proofs.
• Perform regular maintenance on embroidery machines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating embroidery machines (Barudan experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in embroidery software like Wilcom and knowledge of DST and EMB file formats.
• Strong understanding of various embroidery techniques, including 3D puff embroidery and stitching on different fabrics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret design proofs and work orders accurately.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machine and design issues independently.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
