Copywriters at Grizzly are brand communication experts who craft compelling copy from concept to completion across diverse projects. Working within a wide range of industries, they collaborate closely with strategists, designers, brand managers, agency leadership, and client stakeholders to execute multiple projects simultaneously. Reporting to the CCO, the Copywriter ensures the work is strategic, people-centric, bold, thoughtful, and detail-oriented, delivering creative solutions that effectively address client challenges and drive business outcomes.
About the Role - Strategy & Collaboration
- Contribute to identifying and creating strategic solutions for client challenges, focusing on the underlying motivations.
- Actively seek solutions both independently and collaboratively, ensuring effective communication with team members for exceptional project outcomes.
- Articulate ideas and concepts clearly and confidently to both team members and clients, fostering a shared understanding.
- Solicit regular feedback to align copywriting with project stakeholders and enhance overall quality.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to improve agency processes and support team growth.
- Monitor project progress through all phases of development and maintain a well-organized library of reference materials related to assigned clients.
