Technical Customer Service Supervisor Position

We’re excited to announce an opening for an in-office Technical Customer Service Supervisor position!

Salary : $26.00 to $28.00 / hour

Benefits Eligible

Hours : Full Time

Start Date : ASAP

Location : Springfield, MO

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience to step into a key role and help guide our contact center team to success.

As a Technical Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our inbound Technical Service teams. You’ll directly supervise agents, provide performance coaching, handle escalated customer issues, and support the continuous improvement of our team’s performance

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor team performance, ensuring service standards and KPIs are met.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve call quality and overall performance.
• Manage escalated customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
• Conduct performance evaluations and assist with training and development.
• Collaborate with management to implement improvements and drive team success.
