Job description
Grizzly Pine is looking to hire motivated individuals with a passion for the cannabis industry at our new Helena dispensary location! Spanish speaking skills are a bonus and fluency in both Spanish and English will be worth a higher wage.
Sales Floor Associates (Budtenders) are responsible for providing friendly, energetic and knowledgable customer service on the sales floor while maintaining compliance per program rules set by the State of Montana. The ideal candidate has retail/service experience with an eye for detail and a desire to learn about the cannabis industry. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. Shifts are 4-8 hours. Evening and weekend availability are required.

Employee reviews are scheduled for 90 days from date of hire, and every 180 days thereafter.
Candidates must have a reliable form of transportation and possess a valid form of ID (i.e. driver's license, passport, etc). The Cannabis Control Division requires all employees to have a Cannabis Control Division Worker Permit as a legal requirement for compliance. Candidates who already have a CCD worker permit or have submitted an application for one will get priority in our hiring process.
