Job Overview :

Multi-tasks in a busy, high-volume environment. Prioritizes tasks along with cashflow. Handles multiple projects. Manages company financials with cognizance of and adherence to deadlines. Works independently and as part of a team. Troubleshoots problems resourcefully and persistently, following through to resolution. Communicates tactfully and courteously in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Manage day to day financials of A / R, A / P.
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing and maintaining filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measure results against standards; make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Furnish and discuss appropriate reports with Branch Manager, President, LPP Admin and / or representing CPA firm.
  • File any federal, state and local liabilities on time if requested.
  • Ensure cash flow is monitored and reported appropriately.
  • Manage accounts payable and make collection calls accordingly each month in the absence of office assistant.
  • Report all accounts that are 30 days past due to President in the absence of office assistant.
  • Report commissions to President monthly.
  • Reconcile credit card and bank statements monthly.
  • Aid Branch Managers with scheduling by calling or emailing customers ahead of service.
  • Assist the President with clerical and financial task as requested.

Qualifications :

  • 2 or 4-year college degree preferred.
  • 3 years of positive administrative experience.
  • Proven experience as business manager or relevant role.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Clear Background check upon request.
  • Salary : $50,000
