Job Overview :

Responsibilities and Duties :
- Manage day to day financials of A / R, A / P.
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing and maintaining filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measure results against standards; make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Furnish and discuss appropriate reports with Branch Manager, President, LPP Admin and / or representing CPA firm.
- File any federal, state and local liabilities on time if requested.
- Ensure cash flow is monitored and reported appropriately.
- Manage accounts payable and make collection calls accordingly each month in the absence of office assistant.
- Report all accounts that are 30 days past due to President in the absence of office assistant.
- Report commissions to President monthly.
- Reconcile credit card and bank statements monthly.
- Aid Branch Managers with scheduling by calling or emailing customers ahead of service.
- Assist the President with clerical and financial task as requested.
