Key service areas include Engineering Design and Documentation; Software Development and Testing; System Integration, Testing and Evaluation; Lab Management and Field Installation; Integrated Logistics Support, Training Development and Delivery, Multimedia Support, and Technical System Support.
Program/Project Manager Job Description:
The Program Manager candidate needs to have contract and sub-contract management, customer support, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, product delivery, and progress reports experience.
Program/Project Manager Required Tasks:
· Experience with developing, modifying, and reviewing Naval shipboard technical documentation to include managing engineering/information technology (IT) projects at a high level in support of maintenance, repair, testing, product improvement, and/or alteration of Naval Ship Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) and Electronic/Weapons Handling Systems and Equipment.
· Six (6) years of experience in managing engineering/IT projects involved design, test, maintenance, operation, or support of Naval Ship HM&E, Electronic and Weapons Handling Systems and Equipment.
· Four (4) years of experience in engineering/IT and logistics projects involving maintenance of Naval Ship HM&E and Electronic/Weapons Handling Systems and Equipment.
System Engineer Support Specialist Additional Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline, preferably Engineering or Computer Science, from an accredited college or university. This individual should have ten (10) years of experience.
· Must be able to obtain and keep a DoD Secret Clearance which means you must be a U.S. Citizen with no dual citizenship.
· Proactive/self-starter. Task driven with ability to work independently.
· Team player that takes ownership and develops relationships with the team members which fosters team success.
