Description
Groove Subaru is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Finance Director to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and is passionate about maximizing profitability while delivering top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all dealership finance operations.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of Finance Managers to meet performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor department performance and implement strategies to increase F&I product penetration and profit per vehicle retailed (PVR).
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the customer buying experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive finance, including 2 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Strong knowledge of F&I products, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and finance goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
