- Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for loans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial policies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling financial products.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Train and mentor staff on financial processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a finance-related role, preferably as a Finance Manager or similar position.
