Overview of Position
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Configuration Technician to join our Configuration team. This person will be primarily responsible for configuring and maintaining system settings to support operational efficiency at Groove. This person will use their technical troubleshooting and system configuration skills to ensure that all systems are updated, optimized, and functioning seamlessly
What you’ll own
- Configure, update, and maintain software and system settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation of system configurations and changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and support system updates.
- Conduct testing to verify system functionality after updates or changes.
Experience and skills you’ll have
- Experience in system configuration, IT support, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with software and hardware configuration processes.
- Ability to document and maintain accurate configuration records.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
