Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the rental car facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Monitor fleet availability, vehicle maintenance, and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet utilization and increase revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Analyze rental trends, generate reports, and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
- Work closely with corporate teams, dealerships, and vendors to maintain vehicle inventory.
- Previous experience in car rental, fleet management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Pass a pre-employment background check and a drug screen for illegal substances
- Must be at least 18 years of age
