Principal Silicon Technical Program Manager
Mission : Lead, Plan and execute HW Silicon and Systems programs at Groq
Responsibilities & opportunities :
- We are looking for a talented Technical Program Manager who is well versed in Silicon development and post silicon system bring up
- Lead Programs : Drive and manage end-to-end projects involving the Silicon design, development, post Si validation, Systems bring up and performance testing
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with Silicon, Hardware Systems, Validation and software engineering teams, product management, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical specifications, project goals, and deliverables
- Technical Expertise : Provide deep technical guidance on AI chip architectures, interconnects, memory hierarchies, and thermal management to optimize performance and efficiency in datacenter deployments
- Communications : Drive communication internal and external to the engineering teams including leadership reviews, Core team meetings, etc
- Define and track clear goals, priorities, and milestones, ensuring alignment with overall Groq's corporate goals
- Provide Programmatic guidance, mentorship, and foster a culture of execution within Silicon and HW System teams
- Monitor project execution, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies

Compensation : At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is $226,000 to $336,000, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks.
Location : Groq is a geo-agnostic company, meaning you work where you are. Exceptional candidates will thrive in asynchronous partnerships and remote collaboration methods. Some roles may require being located near our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
