We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our world-class team focused on building Snowflakes Data Engineering solutions. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape a flexible, large-scale, high-performance platform that powers many of Snowflake's core features and services. You'll play a pivotal role in bringing our vision of the ultimate data cloud platform to life.
AS A PRINCIPAL TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL :
- Be responsible for defining and delivering critical programs with broad organizational, business and technical impact.
- Identify, manage and mitigate both technical and business risks that otherwise threaten the success of the efforts you work on.
- Provide cross-functional leadership together with Engineering and Product Management, and inter / intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
- Bring strong, data-driven and strategic technical judgment to decision making.
- Build your subject matter expertise in the area of cloud computing, data engineering and transformation, that will inform your contributions to identifying risks and understanding trade-offs.
- Identify opportunities to improve execution of the teams and organizations you work with to increase engineering productivity through tools and light-weight processes
- Work closely with leadership stakeholders to drive quarterly and annual planning, to set ambitious goals and to hold each other accountable.
- Amplify your impact by educating and mentoring the TPM and Engineering communities on program management best practices
