What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech - HVAC multi-site position at Gross Residential?
Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs
Respond to work orders
Prepare vacant suites for presentations and move-ins
Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
All other duties as assigned
Experience in residential maintenance strongly preferred. You should have basic plumbing, electrical, and strong HVAC skills with a solid mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on assignments and possess solid service skills. Teamwork, troubleshooting and customer service skills required. No on call responsibilities.Celebrating over 100 years in business!
