Multi-site Maintenance HVAC Technician needed to assist the maintenance staff in a wide variety of assignments at several local apartment communities. You'll "float" between locations as needed.
Responsibilities include :
- Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs
- Respond to work orders
- Prepare vacant suites for presentations and move-ins
- Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
- All other duties as assigned
Experience in residential maintenance strongly preferred. You should have basic plumbing, electrical, and strong HVAC skills with a solid mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on assignments and possess solid service skills. Teamwork, troubleshooting and customer service skills required. No on call responsibilities.
