Position Summary: The role serves as the lead housekeeper for afternoon shifts, overseeing the housekeeping team and ensuring the cleanliness of all Club facilities. A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail are crucial to maintaining the property to an exceptional standard.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Two or more years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to work scheduled hours, including holidays and weekends when required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Engage in physical activities such as lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, crouching, and crawling
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties:
- Serve as a positive role model by:

- Displaying a positive and friendly attitude consistently
- Collaborating with peers to meet team needs
- Representing the Club positively in interactions with members and vendors
- Provide services by:
- Performing general cleaning duties across the club property, including restrooms, fitness rooms, dining areas, and event spaces
- Monitoring and restocking locker rooms and restrooms as necessary
- Managing trash and recycling disposal in member and staff areas
- Washing, folding, and storing Club towels and cleaning rags
- Cleaning high areas and fixtures on a regular basis
- Completing deep cleaning projects as scheduled
- Using ladders and commercial machines when needed
- Continuously improving housekeeping knowledge and skills
- Being mindful of members, management, and peers
- Assumes responsibility for the department by:
- Maintaining proper inventory levels
- Maintaining storage facilities in a safe and organized manner
- Prioritizing and clearly communicating with the Facilities Director, the Housekeeping Manager and the Housekeeping Team concerning ongoing projects, including completion of regular work orders
