Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and fine dining, with a flair for creativity in menu planning and food presentation. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes that meet the standards of fine dining.
• Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper food storage practices.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling, and kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with catering teams for special events and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food management practices, including menu planning and food safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines, with an emphasis on creativity and presentation.
• Experience in catering services is a plus, along with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
