Requirements:
Prepares, primes, sands, seals, patches, cleans and paints truck beds, surfaces, utilizing all types of painting materials such as primers, polyurethanes, and lacquer thinner finishes.
- Tapes, sands, repairs and applies texturing thinner finishes
- Has clear understanding of how to operate, clean and maintain all priming equipment
- Keeps records and submits reports of work
- Erects scaffolding, rigging & ladders as necessary in a manner consistent with safety codes
- Responsible for understanding the final Quality check process after priming application is applied
- Ensuring work is carried out per the work instructions
- Perform work in a safe manner per the Company Health and Safety Policy and OSHA Requirements.
- Alert immediate Supervisor of any problems or concerns relating to safety
Job Duties
Knowledge and understanding of IATF 16949
Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
Must complete Medical Evaluation including Respirator Fit Test
Experience using manual tools and power equipment
Must be able to perform continuous manual labor
Manually apply primer by hand brush application
Must possess and maintain a Driver’s License
Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
- spray paint: 1 year (Required)
- production: 2 years (Preferred)
- automotive manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Health & Safety: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
