We are seeking a collaborative and innovative individual to lead our Naperville branch as Branch Manager. The role will be responsible for three primary strategic functions: leading an uncompromising branch safety culture, ensuring the branch’s service quality creates “raving fans” among our clients and driving efficiency in branch landscape and snow management operations. The successful candidate will serve as an employee and client advocate – consistently identifying and implementing ways to provide outstanding landscape solutions to clients and to make Ground Pros a great place to work for employees.

Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead by Example
- Guide, coach and mentor team of direct reports made up of 2 -4 Ground Pros operations managers while fostering a collaborative, client-centric and solutions-based culture for the 25-50 front line employees reporting to the branch on a daily basis
- Encourage the development of a safety culture within the branch while maintaining a safe working environment for all employees
- Lead daily landscape and snow operations including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation (personnel and equipment) and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with Fleet & Facility manager to monitor branch equipment and vehicle health, facilitate routine maintenance and repairs and coordinate necessary upgrades to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of new Ground Pros personnel
- Partner with dealers and suppliers to procure the right materials at the right costs
Drive Results
- Analyze key performance metrics, client feedback and market trends to increase operational and sales efficiency
- Leverage CRM and other digital tools to implement data-driven decisions
- Partner with Ground Pros sales team (account management and client acquisition) to ensure seamless delivery of landscape solutions and to identify opportunities for expanding the branch’s client base
- Participate in the development and administration of branch budget building and oversight
- Ensure operations are in compliance with applicable state and federal laws

Requirements – What’s Needed to Succeed:
- Experience in operations leadership preferably in commercial landscaping or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, implement innovative processes and drive performance
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality service delivery and continuous improvement
- Established skillset in Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Reliable, in-person attendance and regular travel to client sites and Ground Pros branch locations
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to be on-call during nights, weekends and holidays as dictated by operational needs
- Ability to perform a variety of physical activities including bending, stooping, climbing and working in tight spaces indoors and outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license
- Must pass a background and driving record check
- Successful completion of interview(s) is required to meet job qualification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) verbal and written communication skills

- Annual salary ranging from $75,000 - $95,000 USD (base salary range listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills)
