This role requires a proactive leader who can manage field teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

- Oversee daily field operations on civil construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and heavy equipment operations.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve challenges and optimize performance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to field personnel.
- 3 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on heavy equipment operations.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar leadership role in heavy civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, grading, utilities, and infrastructure development.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools is a plus.
- OSHA certification and other safety credentials preferred.
