We are seeking a creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media Manager to join the Ground Xperts team. This role is ideal for a college student or anyone looking to gain experience in marketing, content creation, and social media management. You will be responsible for curating engaging content across various platforms to showcase our projects, services, and expertise.
Bonus Skills: Experience with drone photography, video creation, and camera work is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Curation: Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, and graphics) on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, showcasing our landscaping and excavation projects.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance and provide regular updates on growth, engagement, and areas of improvement.
- Collaborative Projects: Work with the team to highlight special projects, seasonal services, and community involvement.
- Creative Content: Capture photos and videos of completed projects, team activities, and company events—experience with drones or cameras is a major plus.
- Trends & Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
