We specialize in eco-friendly residential lawn care services such as mowing, mulch installation, property cleanups, aeration & overseeding and garden bed maintenance. Our work is grounded in integrity, efficiency, and a respect for natural balance — helping homeowners cultivate outdoor spaces that are as resilient as they are beautiful.
A Typical Day
- Start your day between 7:00–8:00am, depending on the route
- Work solo or with a teammate to complete 10 residential properties (maintenance)
- Stay efficient, keep quality high, and enjoy the outdoor work
What to Expect in Week 1
- Hands-on training with all-electric equipment
- Orientation on safety, service standards, and route structure
- We’ll make sure you’re confident and ready before going solo
Weather Flexibility
- We adjust schedules when weather impacts safety or service quality

Hours
30–40 hours per week, depending on route and performance. We pay for results, not just time — top performers finish earlier and earn more!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Mowing, edging, and trimming residential properties using all-electric equipment
- Seasonal property cleanups and mulch installation
- Keeping job sites neat, organized, and presentable
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with clients
- Tracking your time and work with efficiency and accuracy
- Being flexible and assisting with other services such as garden bed maintenance and specialty lawn care
What You Bring
- 1 year of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or similar field preferred
- Ability to confidently operate and maintain lawn equipment (electric experience is a plus, but we’ll train you!)
- A pesticide applicator's license is a plus, but not required. Growth into licensed weed control services is possible for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good physical stamina—able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A willingness to learn and grow with a green-focused company
- A performance mindset—you care about efficiency, results, and getting rewarded for both
