Lawn Maintenance Technician - All-Electric Lawn Care

📍 Location: Minneapolis, MN (Prospect Park)

🕒 Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (Mid-April through Late November)

💰 Pay: $20/hour starting pay with potential to earn $30 /hour through performance-based incentives

• Start between 7:00–8:00am depending on your route
• Complete 10 residential properties solo or with a teammate
• Deliver consistent, high-quality work outdoors

• Hands-on training with our commercial-grade electric equipment
• Orientation on safety, service standards and route structure
• Support and shadowing before going solo

We adjust schedules when weather impacts safety or quality. We work with nature — not against it.

30–40 hours per week based on routes and performance. This is a performance-based role — efficient work = more earnings in less time.

• Up to 2 paid rain days at company discretion for top-performing team members
• $150 uniform reimbursement after 30 days (covers required tan pants & boots)
• Free company-branded shirt and hat on Day 1

• Weekly & biweekly mowing using commercial all-electric equipment
• Mulch installation, seasonal & overgrown property cleanups
• Keep job sites clean and presentable
• Communicate clearly with customers when needed
• Track jobs and time with accuracy
• Take after-service photos and notes using a mobile phone in our CRM app
• Jump into garden bed maintenance and specialty tasks when needed

• 1 year experience in lawn care, landscaping, or similar field preferred
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment (electric experience is a plus — we train!)
• Pesticide applicator's license is a plus, not required
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from Prospect Park
• A smartphone with mobile data access (required for clocking in/out, job tracking and communication)
• Performance mindset, strong attention to detail and pride in your work
