This is a full-time position, with hours scheduled during normal business hours, Monday-Saturday. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is kind, eager, committed, and fun-loving! Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.
- Handle client inquiries, provide information about services, and assist with payment processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with minor administrative tasks, such as filing and correspondence.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to provide excellent patient care and support.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office software and basic computer skills.
- A genuine love for animals and a compassionate approach to client interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 39 per week
