Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roller Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to pave and finish asphalt surfaces on various construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Operate roller equipment to compact and smooth asphalt surfaces.
- Assist in paving operations, ensuring high-quality finishes on all projects.
- Collaborate with crew members to prepare construction sites, including setting up and breaking down equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other operators regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
Skills
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation, specifically roller machines.
