Desert Montessori School seeks an experienced, enthusiastic leader for the 2024-2025 school year. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and leadership skills who will be proactive at forming community partnerships, is warm and welcoming, and will dedicate themselves to the growth, stability, and development of our small school.
Additional Areas of Responsibility :
- Leadership : Face of Desert Montessori School, manages operations of school, professional leadership.
- Development : Research, manage, and create opportunities for strategic growth, fundraising, and grants.
- Community : Strengthen and forge community partnerships both internal and outward facing.
- Employee Relations : Oversight of employee relations including hiring, on-boarding, assessments, check-ins, mediating conflicts, and termination.
