The Construction Sales Consultant (CSC) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth for the commercial business unit by soliciting and securing new accounts and projects for chemical soil injections. This role involves building and maintaining a client base while managing the associated accounts. This position will be primarily focused on production builders, hand soil injections, small scale residential developers, and commercial projects. This position encompasses managing projects from the bid phase through construction completion and overseeing collections. The primary goal for the Construction Sales Consultant (CSC) is to build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations to drive sales and revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Territory Sales Managers, to support areas of sales regarding securing new accounts and projects for the business.
- Solicit new opportunities through prospecting calls, client visits, and follow up.
- Develop key accounts through relationship building through client visits and weekly/bi-weekly calls.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Create proposals using CAD drawings and calculations, establishing pricing based on square footage, water availability, and lot configuration.
- Track sales production.
- Liaison for the client and the operations team executing the deliverables.
- Reporting on sales production to leadership.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales support experience, preferably in engineering and/or construction, working with commercial contractors.
- Driven with the ability to execute goals assigned.
- Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Intermediate computer skills utilizing Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe (pdf editing).
- Preferred ability to read blueprints or construction plans (in some cases).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions
The Construction Sales Consultant will work in an office environment 30% of the time, and 70% on the road supporting clientele.
