Role Overview:
We are looking for a Finance Manager with previous dealership F&I experience to assist our customers with financing and insurance options. This role is focused on providing outstanding customer service through virtual channels, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing the expeditious funding of all contracts, working with lenders and managing the entire loan process.

Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue for dealerships through the sale of F&I products
- Achieve performance targets and objectives
- Secure and finalize transactions in a legal and ethical manner while maintaining a high level of productivity
- Conduct virtual F&I transactions by taking the lead on the VFI sales process (interview, menu, upsell)
- Stay on virtual calls through the completion of the Retail Installment Sales Contract to ensure deals are secured
- Answer questions about the F&I products available in the VFI office
- Answer questions on a Retail Installment Sales Contract
- Isolate and overcome client objections
- Keep detailed records of activities completed and performance data for VFI
- Communicate daily to internal stakeholders on the progress of VFI
- Participate in dealer meetings and sales calls as needed
- Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and services.
- Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
Qualifications
- Must have 2 years Prior experience in a dealership F&I Department
- Strong verbal, written and intrapersonal skills with adeptness in dealing with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization
- Highly self-motivated with top-notch customer facing skills
- Great attitude with high-energy personality
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to work from home
- Darwin and CDK experience a plus
