This is a part-time role at 20 hours per week.
The Finance Intern is a part time, summer internship position which works cross functionally through the Finance department at GHC-SCW. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and, budgeting, and business operations within the care delivery and insurance industries.

Job Specific Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality required. Knowledge of medical records and appropriate documentation requirements. Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
Ability to be a team player in a team-oriented environment. Ability to interact with staff at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak and listen in person and on the phone.
