Job Responsibilities:
As a Cannabis Associate at GOLDLEAF, you will play a crucial role in our post-production process, responsible for processing cannabis material and packaging cannabis products. Your primary responsibilities will include hand-trimming cannabis using various styles and guidelines while maintaining consistent output and packaging different cannabis goods, such as flower, concentrates, and edibles. You will uphold strict quality control standards and operate the PreRoll machine. Your keen attention to detail and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols and company guidelines will contribute to the production of high-quality cannabis products.
- Hand-trim cannabis using a variety of trimming styles and guidelines to ensure consistent output and appearance.
- Operate the Pre-Roll machine efficiently and safely to produce high-quality cannabis products.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and compliance with quality standards.
- Accurately package various cannabis goods, including flower, concentrates, and edibles, while adhering to labeling and weight requirements.
- Utilize packaging equipment responsibly and ensure proper storage of finished products.
- Maintain stringent quality control standards during processing and packaging, ensuring that only top-quality products reach customers.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years old to apply and pass a Level 2 Background Screening.
- Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
- A flexible schedule is required
- Excellent attendance is a must.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in cannabis is beneficial.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience working with trimming scissors.
- Greenhouse/Nursery experience
- Background in Agriculture
- Landscaping experience
