Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and generate and analyze and financial reports.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets.
- Ensure all accounting practices comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial variances and report findings to senior management.
- Manage and process invoices.
- Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, or 4 years of directly related experience.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong mindfulness and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with financial statement preparation and general ledger reconciliation.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to learn and work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
