Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver technical programs and products.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in program or project management in a technical environment
- Experience with telecom/broadband technologies and platforms (LTE, 5G, Broadband, Wifi, Ethernet)
- Strong understanding of software, hardware development lifecycle and agile methodologies is a plus
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with version control systems and ECR processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to drive results in a highly collaborative environment
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications preferred
