Responsibilities Include

• Establish short and long-term goals and ideas that are cost-effective, aligned with board and shareholder goals, and ensure bottom-line profitability.
• Leads and manages all project related scope of work, clients, regulating agencies, vendors that serve the market sector and is an established respected expert.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with industry and marketing experts to build the company public profile through networking, conferences, and speaking engagements
• Makes decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and have a far-reaching impact on extensive project assignments.
• Negotiates critical and controversial issues with top-level clients, contractors, designers and public officials.
• Negotiates contracts on behalf of Group PMX, manages staff performance and productivity and is responsible for all aspects of Group PMX business and involvement in the Market Sector(s).
• Provide strategic advice to the CEO /President on their market and industry.
• Develop reporting tools to communicate and monitor ongoing performance of company to board and business partners
• Ensures compliance with established methods, industry standards and GROUP PMX policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with all Group PMX departments and staff.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, architecture, construction management or a related engineering field from an accredited college or university.
• Intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering/construction principles and practices usually acquired through a minimum of 20years of progressive experience in the related field of MEP engineering.
• Professional Engineer or Architect registration preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Familiar with corporate law and management best practices
• Strong knowledge of company, business, brand, and product; understanding of the company and its position in the market/industry
• Able to travel extensively
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Must be a seller/doer
• Ability to hire and retain staff to grow an Energy Market Sector.
