Group SJR’s Social Media Account Managers are integral to delivering exceptional client service and driving digital content solutions globally. As a talented all-rounder, you’ll balance roles as a project manager, social strategist, and team coordinator. This role requires a sharp sense of intuition, the ability to manage nuanced client relationships, and the capacity to lead in a fast-paced creative environment.
You will work closely with executive teams, cross-functional collaborators, and clients to strategize and execute impactful social media programs, with a focus on thought leadership and innovative digital content. For this position, you’ll need a strong interest in technology and experience with managing high-level executive communications and thought leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day communications, including project timelines, deliverables, issues, budgets, and opportunities.
- Manage high-touch client accounts, including C-suite executives, to develop and execute social media strategies and thought leadership initiatives.
- Coordinate client meetings, create agendas, take notes, and promptly share key takeaways and action items.
- Maintain and update client status trackers and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Collaborate with the Editorial and Creative teams to ensure deliverables align with client brand voice and objectives.
- Review content deliverables, fact-check information, and ensure high-quality outputs before sharing with clients.
- Support finance processes such as invoicing, SOW creation, and expense tracking.
Social Media, Creative & Editorial
- Develop and oversee social media strategies, focusing on LinkedIn and other platforms relevant to B2B and technology audiences.
- Manage programs for multiple executives, ensuring messaging consistency, content quality, and alignment with brand voice.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments, providing insights to enhance strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to track KPIs, analyze performance data, and optimize content in real time.
- Edit and refine social media posts, ensuring accuracy, proper tagging, hashtags, and alignment with client objectives.
- Provide creative input for visuals and other multimedia assets.
Growth & Business Development
- Identify and nurture opportunities for organic growth within client accounts.
- Participate in pitches, developing proposals and presentations to support new business efforts.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and emerging digital tools to inform client strategies.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in a creative marketing or agency environment, with a focus on social media strategy.
- Strong interest in technology and experience working with global tech brands; familiarity with executive thought leadership is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver polished, error-free content under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in collaborative tools like Teams and Monday.com; advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and navigate complex client relationships.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $65,000-90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
