Are you a multitasking maestro with a knack for keeping projects on track? We are seeking an enthusiastic Project and Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this unique 50/50 role, you will be in both administrative and project management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion.
- Project Management:
- Organize and manage project schedules, setting milestones and deadlines for team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Support budget management by tracking expenses and requesting additional funds when needed.
- Manage vendors, including onboarding, creating/maintaining purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and tracking accruals.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to several executive team members, including calendar, travel, and expense management.
- Assist the Chief of Staff with slide presentations, reports, dashboards, and other tasks as needed.
- Coordinate corporate meetings, both on-site and offsite, handling contracts, logistics, catering, and technology setup.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate candidate interviews, new hire introductions, and onboarding processes.
- Support various department administrative needs, demonstrating the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of project coordination or project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong skills in reconciling, purchase orders, project management, invoices, and NDAs.
- Additional skills in administrative support, budgeting, and contracts.
