Job Type: Contract- 40 hrs/week
Location: Onsite- Hopewell, NJ
Duration: 1- year contract

- Lead the full lifecycle of the New Warehouse Management Project, from project charter through Go-Live and stabilization.
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for warehouse and logistics systems, including design, configuration, integration, and validation.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across supply chain, quality, IT, and regulatory functions.
- Ensure alignment with GMP, GDP, and other pharma compliance standards throughout the project.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources.
- Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into system specifications.
- Oversee system testing, validation, and user training in partnership with internal teams and vendors.
- Drive effective communication between cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage risks, issues, and change control with a proactive and structured approach.
- Support change management, SOP updates, and post-Go-Live optimization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience leading WMS or logistics system implementations in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end pharma supply chain operations including planning, warehousing, logistics, and quality.
- Deep technical expertise in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or similar).
- Solid knowledge of GxP, FDA, EMA, and industry-specific compliance and validation requirements.
- Exceptional project management skills, including stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and project reporting.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
