The role :
You will be responsible for helping to manage demand & supply for specific categories as well as being a key player in sales & operation planning (S&OP), product availability, inventory and cost productivity, standard operating procedures (SOPs), inventory accuracy, and more.

The position of Demand Planner, Supply Chain will play a critical role in supporting the company’s strategy by optimizing the flow of goods and information, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and support the growth of the business.
- Conduct activities cross-functionally to ensure Budgeted Dollars & Demand Plan Units, Demand Validation is reconciled monthly, quarterly & annually.
- Align cross functionally for Launch Summary Collaboration for new product introductions monthly.
- Address slow moving, excess, obsolete and overall life cycle analysis.
- Conduct Root Cause analysis and communicate current and future anticipated warehouse in stock issues.
- Conduct analysis of days of supply goals at category level and effective demand forecasting of SKUs.
