The role:
This position is crucial because it allows the Brand Manager to focus on high-level strategy and brand development while you handle the essential operational tasks that keep everything running smoothly. This role is integral to the success of the marketing department, enabling us to deliver seamless, impactful campaigns that strengthen our brand presence in the market.
What you’ll do:
In an environment where the pace is high and demanding, this role will contribute to all the pillars of the Group strategy, but mostly support the Export team back-office needs.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, generating reports and actionable insights to improve future efforts.
- Support the optimization of marketing processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives on time
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials, products, or services for marketing projects.
- Assist in managing marketing content for various channels, including digital.
You are:
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Fast paced and can excel in high pressured environments
- An effective communicator
- Fluent in English, Spanish and French (a plus!)
- Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
You have:
- 1 year(s) of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles
- Knowledge of skincare industry
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills a must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint
