As a leader in group therapy, you will guide our members toward lasting recovery through empathetic listening and expert facilitation. You will empower them with valuable life skills, all while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging, outcomes-driven group therapy sessions centered around Core Milestones.
- Assess progress through regular monitoring of Core Milestones and NPS scores, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Expand Groups Recover Together's presence in the community by distributing promotional materials and participating in local events focused on addiction recovery.
- Attend relevant conferences and workshops to enhance professional development and stay abreast of industry advancements.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Maintain active licensure or certification in Maine behavioral health, including LADC, CADC, CCS, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- At least two years of leadership experience in group therapy settings focused on SUD treatment.
- Fluency in utilizing technology such as EMR systems, Telehealth software, and Google products.
