Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our Irrigation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for sprinklers ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising daily operations, installing new irrigation systems from start to finish, some service of sprinklers if needed.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of individuals in various projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules for the team, delegating tasks based on skill levels and project requirements.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any issues promptly.
- Train new employees on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Experience
- 5 years of leading a irrigation crew.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
