Job Title: Principal Business Process Improvement Analyst

Job Description:
Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma) on our Equipment and Process Development business processes. Diagrams and evaluates existing processes, including inputs/outputs and stakeholders. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams to define and organize the business processes and metrics. Responsible for creating PowerBI dashboards for monitoring and improving KPIs.
Technical skills that are required for the role:
1. Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Process Mapping experience
Power BI or similar data analytics applications experience
Flowchart / Visio experience
Education Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, preferred
Years Experience Required: 4
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Plans performs, and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma) on Equipment and Process Development business processes. Diagrams and evaluates existing processes, including inputs/outputs and stakeholders. Organizes leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams to define and organize business processes and metrics. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Responsible for creating dashboards for monitoring and improving KPIs. Collects data to identify the root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. May deliver presentations and training courses including business process elements and best practices to align the teams and users of the processes. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Communicates team progress.
Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have a broad knowledge of project management. Requires a University Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
