Job Summary
As the Human Resources Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the HR Manager that could include, assisting with tasks like recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee credentials, and answering employee inquiries. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively balance the needs of the company with the well-being of our employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain HR databases, enter data, and generate reports as needed.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Assist with new employee onboarding, assist with required testing, and answer employee questions.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring process if needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Preferably 1-3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
