Position Summary:
Redd Pest Solutions is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship provides a valuable opportunity for a student or recent graduate with a career interest in Human Resources to gain hands-on experience in a professional corporate environment. The intern will support a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, and administrative support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Participate in onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Maintain and organize employee files in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements
- Support the coordination of employee engagement activities and training programs
- Conduct research and assist in the development of HR policies and best practices
- Provide general administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and HR team
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (with a career interest in HR)
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail

- Office environment based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Gulfport, MS
