Seasonal Driver

Growers Mineral Corp. and Growers Transport Company are family-owned businesses that are dedicated to the production, sale, and delivery of our three products: GMS, Soil Conditioner, and Nutritional Additive. We have been in business since 1955 and have expanded our service area to 27 US states, as well as parts of Canada. Looking to grow our team, we are in search of a Seasonal Driver to join!

How we invest in you:

• Competitive pay - $30 per hour, plus a $5 per hour bonus at the end of the season (must complete full season).
• 401k with a 3% company match.
• Daily food allowances.
• Lodging reimbursement (2-3 nights a week average).

Shift:

• Monday to Friday
• Start January 27th, 2025, to May 30st, 2025.
• Averaging approximately 30 hours a week over the 5 months, with fluctuations between 20 and 50 hours.
• Home on weekends!

What to expect:

• Involves semi and delivery runs in OH and surrounding states.
• Complete daily vehicle inspection reports.
• Always maintain truck in good condition.
• Maintain good communication with management.
• Deliver Growers Mineral Solutions (GMS) to farmers.
• Use E-logs.

What you need to be successful:

• 1 year of driving experience required.
• Tanker endorsement required (will reimburse fees to receive endorsement).
• Passport required (will reimburse fees).
• CDL A preferred, but would consider a B.
