Growing IQ is seeking talented teachers who are eager to inspire and guide children aged 2.5 to 10 years old. We value a non-traditional, hands-on approach to teaching that nurtures a child's innate curiosity and fosters their capacity to learn.
At Growing IQ, we are seeking creative educators who are not content with simply following a textbook, but rather possess the exceptional ability to tailor their teaching methods to the specific needs and abilities of each child.
General Information:
- Classes meet once a week, ranging from 45 minutes to 2 hours (depending on program).
- Expected working schedule to be Tuesday - Sunday (flexible)
- Full individualized training with a stipend for completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a creative and engaging learning environment for children aged 2.5 to 10 years old.
- Utilize non-systematic teaching approaches that stimulate curiosity and encourage independent thinking.
- Develop individualized lesson plans to accommodate learners at different levels of ability using our unique curriculum.
- Foster a love for math through hands-on activities, interactive exercises, and stimulating educational materials.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of like-minded educators to continuously refine and enhance our teaching practices.
Qualifications:
- Posses or are working towards a degree in education or related area of study.
