Role Overview :
The team at GTI Energy is quickly expanding and we are seeking a Senior level Program Manager to join our team. This role will be directly responsible for overseeing the planning and sustainment teams to design and open new facilities and production lines for the Company. The Program Manager will be responsible for the adherence to operation schedules, adherence to launch deadlines, and interfacing with the various departments to ensure all processes and procedures align with business expectations and needs. Working directly alongside Company ownership and the planning team for new facilities, this position will play an integral role in the overall success in the opening of new locations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the planning and implementation teams for the opening of a new Company manufacturing facility.
- Partner with ownership to develop the strategic process and approach for opening a new facility in accordance with operational demands.
- Coordinate with various departments to develop the budget and schedule for the new facility.
- Ensure all timelines are met in accordance with agreed upon schedule.
- Directly interface with customers, vendors, and distributors. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Accurately assess operation risks as processes and procedures are developed.
- Organize all activities and steps that need to be completed related to the design and opening of the new facility.
Required Qualifications :
Master’s Degree preferred.
