Role Overview :
The team at GTI Energy is quickly expanding and we are seeking a Senior level Supply Chain Engineer to join the team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a unique opportunity to participate in the planning and sustainment of new facilities and production lines for the Company, as it relates to the supply chain process. The Supply Chain Engineer will be actively involved in the design process of new facilities, as well as identifying process improvement for current projects related to supply chain efficiency. Working directly alongside Company ownership and the planning team for new facilities and productions lines, this position will play an integral role in the overall success in the opening of new locations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develops and implements the overall supply chain strategy for the facility through collaboration with Sales, Operations, and other departments from the Planning team.
- Proactively identifies process bottlenecks and delays, and further implements solutions to such issues.
- Coordinates with Finance and Vendors daily, as well as Distributors.
- Determines key supply chain KPIs and documents step-by-step procedures for the supply planning process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Required Qualifications :
Master’s Degree preferred.
