Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Salesperson to join our team at Growth Club Sales. As a Salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, pitch our products or services to potential clients, close sales, and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
- Sales Pitching: Effectively present our products or services, tailoring the pitch to the customer's specific needs and pain points.
- Sales Conversion: Work through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

Compensation: Earn a 10% commission on each deal you close. The more you sell, the more you earn.
