You are considered as trusted advisor, intuitive, charismatic and a closer oflandscape maintenance services contracts to commercial facilities and class A offices property managers
Our client, following a deliberate, people-first expansion plan throughout the Midwest is adding to their Partnership Executive sales team in Kansas City :
Create and execute a sales plan - grow market share of landscape maintenance and snow removal services to, CRE and class A facility property manager clients.
Network - Represent company in AAKC, IFMA,professional groups, associations, and events
Prospect, Develop and Close winning proposals which tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities and profit goals

Salary $60 - $80K plus commission with earning potential of $110k .

Requirements :
5 years front line sales of commercial landscaping services to facility and property managers in the greater Kansas City metro market
Experience with CRMs, HubSpot, Aspire, Proposify, or related.
4 years college degree or equivalent preferred
